This role will see you as the first point of contact to their long term and loyal list of clients.

The role: Provide technical assistance and support to resolve technical issues over the phoneProvide regular escalation support to technical team and technical partnersCooperate and liaise with technical team and share information across the organizationDevelop/build working relationship with Next Payments' internal departmentLiaise and coordinate with external third-party service providers to resolve issuesRaise cases for all activities capturing accurate description of incidents/issuesFollow-up all outstanding casesProvide consistent and accurate information when responding to queries Skills and Experience Customer Service background - understand the importance of putting the customer firstYou are a team player with exceptional communication skillsHave the technical aptitude to problem solveKnowledge of computer management systemsExceptional computer skillsStrong ability to transfer information, skills and knowledgeWe would love to hear from you if you want to work in a close knit, supportive team!!!
