Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our team based in Bell Block, New Plymouth.
Responsibilities: Diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles
Conducting routine maintenance and safety inspections
Maintaining accurate service records and documenting all repairs
Communicating effectively with the rest of the team and customers
Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies
Requirements: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A relevant qualification or relevant industry experience (essential)
Sound knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems
Good time management and the ability to prioritise – this is a very busy role
Class 5, Forklift & WTR Licences preferred but not essential – support for obtaining these licences is provided
