About the opportunity:
Due to growth within the company, we are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join a dynamic team in Drury working Monday to Friday with optional Saturday work. Our client is a well-established company that values its staff. Working in a busy workshop, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and completing preventive maintenance on a variety of Scania trucks. You will play a crucial role in supporting Scania fleets across the South Auckland / North Waikato area, ensuring the continuous delivery of goods nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out scheduled maintenance/servicing
Diagnosing and repairing any faults in heavy vehicles
Completing any relevant paperwork
Ensuring workshop cleanliness and presentation with the team
Being a team player, supporting learning and collaboration
About you:
3 plus years of experience as a Heavy Diesel mechanic
Friendly, professional, and have a positive attitude
Ability to work to deadlines
Competitive salary $40-$42
