In this role, no two shifts will be the same - you'll need to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure and show compassion and empathy in times of distress. Previous security experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate, and training leading to nationally recognised security qualifications will be provided.Our primary role is 'Healthcare' – Looking after our patients.Secondary to that is 'Security' – Keeping everyone safe.As part of our busy security team, you will be involved in a number of different duties such as:routine patrolsdiffusing tense situations before they escalateensuring the overall security of our people and buildingsYou will be a peacemaker, a confident communicator and display kindness and helpfulness while remaining firm and alert.
