About the Role Right now, we are looking for a Health Care Assistant with experience to become part of the District Nursing team and provide services for those receiving care, based in their own home.
Day to day, this role assists and supports the Registered Nurses to provide care and support to patients in their own homes. Health care assistants work under the registered nurse's direction and delegation, in addition to other housekeeping tasks.

About you Ideally, you will have directly relevant work experience, or have worked for a recognised healthcare provider and therefore be able to bring this experience to the role. Other success factors for this role include:
