Reporting to the General Manager - Health, Safety & Wellbeing, your primary focus is Health, Safety & Wellbeing performance. You'll be our safety reporting system SME and be immersed in:
Producing logical Health, Safety & Wellbeing content to engage and motivate a range of audiences – including reports, training documentation, SOPs, internal communications. Managing the safety reporting system, building on and advancing existing product. Reporting on Health, Safety & Wellbeing data analytics and systems. Collaborating and influencing across the business to coach leaders and draw out expert information from internal SMEs. Building Health, Safety & Wellbeing competencies. You'll have huge variety in the role and be responsible for a portfolio of BAU Specialist work. You'll get to see the big picture, be on the tools, and influence from the ground up to senior leader level. Whether you're writing SOPs or documentation, completing investigations or coaching our leaders, you'll do all whilst credibly influencing health and safety outcomes across Farmlands.

Key to your success will be:
Experience as a safety professional in a medium-large organisation with complex operational risk and safety requirements. A proven ability to positively influence change in health, safety, and wellbeing culture. Experience leveraging technical knowledge and subject matter expertise to deliver outcomes and strengthen Health, Safety & Wellbeing capability across the business. Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Resilience, initiative, and the ability to work at pace. Highly regarded:
A tertiary qualification in Health, Safety & Wellbeing or related area. Experience managing or administering an electronic health and safety reporting system. You'll enjoy the role if you're analytical and methodical but can flex with the unexpected. You'll need to be calm under pressure, have business acumen, and a growth mindset. You'll do your best if you have a focus on user experience and enjoy collaborating on your work.
