Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity The purpose of this role is to harness data-driven insights to enhance the health, safety and overall wellbeing of AT employees.
This role focuses on analysing data related to workplace events, health and safety trends and employee wellbeing to develop strategies that promote a safer and healthier work environment.
You will leverage advanced analytic and data visualization tools to identify risks, track progress and recommend actionable improvements.
Ko koe tenei | About you You will be an analytics wizard with proven capability in the use of Excel and Power BI, including DAX, data modelling and Power Query as well as strong skills in SQL, data manipulation and extraction.
Your analytics capability coupled with your knowledge and experience in health and safety data and systems will see you succeed in this role.
You will need the ability to easily connect with a wide range of stakeholders ideally within a complex and changing environment.
Your ability to manage within a role that has competing deadlines and multiple moving pieces will see you succeed in this role.
