Monbeef is a world-class processing plant taking quality beef from South Eastern Australia to the nation and the world.Description:The Health, Safety and Training Advisor provides effective, efficient, and best practice health, safety and training services to Monbeef employees and visitors. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will support frontline leaders to implement practices and processes that achieve the organisation's health and safety objectives. You will be the main point of contact for all things health, safety and training for the site and will be active and visible with team members and leaders on the production floor.
