Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor (Lead)Occupational Health & Safety (Human Resources & Recruitment)Working Wise wants an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor (Lead) to join the team to assist our clients in our mission to make workplaces healthier and safer.
We are keen to future proof our range of products and services by adding another passionate and values-based advisor to the team.This role will suit you if you are a self-starter with seven to ten years' experience in health, safety, and wellbeing advisor roles.
You'll have proven experience of taking on and completing new projects with ease, be comfortable to work autonomously, but can also follow established business processes.Ideally, you'll be an experienced and accredited ISO:45001 auditor, a qualified SafePlus assessor, and have a formal qualification in health and safety, along with a professional membership to NZISM, and be on the HASANZ register.You will have a proven track record of working collaboratively with your team and be able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of the workplace.

Working Wise is also an All-of-Government approved supplier for health, safety and wellbeing services.What's the role?A critical aspect of this role is directing and leading client engagement and work on behalf of the Managing Director.
As the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor (Lead), your role will also cover working with clients to review their health, safety and wellbeing requirements and maintaining ongoing relationships to lead development and implementation of HSW systems, policies and procedures in our clients' businesses.
This would include supporting the GOSH IT team to implement online systems and ongoing development work.There could also be pathways to future ownership in the business if there is interest.You can apply below by sending through your CV and Cover Letter.
