Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Facilities & Development Operations team provide management services for the maintenance and upkeep of all Te Toka Tumai, Auckland owned buildings, plant (e.g. boiler rooms) and properties, and also responsible for the development of new facilities as well as the refurbishment of existing spaces operated by the Te Toka Tumai, Auckland. This is a supporting function within the Facilities & Development Operations team.

4-5 years of previous work experience in a similar role
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Health & Safety
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in the medical or healthcare industry
Demonstrate Te Toka Tumai, Auckland values
Excellent attention to detail and good multi-tasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in report writing; analytical and investigative thinker
Able to build strong working relationships
