Health Improvement Practitioner (Hip) - Auckland Central

You shall work in our general practice as a regular team member, delivering brief, consultation-based services to general practice team members and general practice patients. The role involves providing brief evidence-based behavioural interventions to individuals, groups, and families for both mental health and physical health conditions in people of all ages.
As part of your fixed roster, you shall work in one of our Auckland central clinics only. We are hiring for 20 hours (0.5 FTE) a week, on a permanent basis.
