We work with a fixed roster so you can plan ahead, but the ability to offer some flexibility to pick up additional shifts, to provide cover in the home is always welcomed.

Your key responsibilities will be:Deliver the highest standard of personalised care to every residentSupport and encourage residents to maintain their independence and make decisions for themselvesAssist and support the activities of daily living in a way that meets the Eden principles and the Domains of WellbeingTake instruction and tasks from the Registered NurseEnsure resident's needs are attended to effectively and in a timely mannerMo koe - About YouSkillsAs well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organised; with great interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.
You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect.
