The position comes with 15 hours of non-contact time per week. These hours are to be used to monitor, evaluate and support the pastoral needs of our students. This time could be used to track attendance, analyse behaviour data, work with outside agencies, set up programs within the school and work with students and their whanau.We are a PB4L school, so a sound knowledge of this and restorative practices would be preferred.
