Health & Safety Manager We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who can provide leadership and strategic direction in Health and Safety to all levels of the business and champion the ongoing development of HSE across our operations.Operating a lean programme, you will be familiar with visible leadership, operational excellence and transparent reporting from dashboards at toolbox talks to board reports. At this level we understand you will have system and process experience however we are looking for someone with passion and initiative in order to drive continuous improvement.The role has shared accountability with sites and senior leadership team members for maintaining compliance both externally and internally while striving towards excellence in best practice standards. This is a senior role, so we are looking for someone with the following:10+ years Health and Safety experience (preferably with experience working in a large and complex organisation, with a diverse workforce).Experience in applying operational excellence processes into an operational environment, preferably in a multi-site or similarly complex organisation.Experience managing multiple stakeholders and provision of support to senior business leaders and frontline leaders.Expert knowledge of New Zealand Health and Safety legislation, regulations and best practice.Previous leadership and change leadership experience.A great attitude, ability to influence at all levels and focused on achieving excellent results within specified timeframes.Applications will need to include a detailed cover letter and CV to Kura Poulava, General Manager Human Resources, ****** close on Friday 23rd August 2024.
