The role We're looking for a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join the team at Oceania, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment for all staff and stakeholders. The key responsibilities in the role will be: Provide coaching, guidance and mentoring to managers and staff to ensure understanding and compliance with Health and Safety and environmental processes. Develop, implement, and maintain Health and Safety policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide advice and guidance to employees on health and safety practices. Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organisation. Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about safety protocols. Investigate incidents and accidents to identify causes and recommend corrective actions. What you'll bring A minimum of 3 years' experience in a health and safety role. A track record of success in effecting positive change in H&S behaviour. Strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and best practices. A customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship building skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
