Do these values match with yours?We are looking for a passionate, experienced head teacher to lead our team of 6 teachers in a busy centre licensed for 40 children with a full role and waitlist. Prior experience in a leadership position is required along with experience in actively leading and documenting ongoing improvement (self-reviews). The current Head Teacher is staying at the centre but wishes to return to a core teaching role. This position is supported by the manager/owner who is actively involved in the centre on a day-to-day basis.
