Key responsibilities include maintaining time sheet records, welcoming visitors, and leading team planning meetings. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a leadership role, strong organisational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate time sheet records for all staffWelcome visitors and ensure smooth communication within the centreEnsure all teachers are aware of their job responsibilities and assist in break and lunch schedulingAssist in writing policies and management plans, and lead team planning meetingsResolve conflicts between parents, teachers, and other staff membersOversee teacher's planning, hold parent-teacher meetings, and facilitate workshopsLiaise with health and safety officials and ensure all safety protocols are followedMentor teachers and guide them through registration processes and appraisalsOrganise social events, fundraisers, and create communication materials like newsletters and emails for parentsOversee notice boards and organise parent questionnairesEnsure the completion of accurate and up-to-date records including daily logs, safety reports, and attendance sheetsRequirements:Proven experience in a leadership or head teaching role within an educational settingStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsAbility to mentor and support the professional growth of teaching staffFamiliarity with ECE regulations, safety protocols, and internal evaluation processesBenefits:Opportunity to lead a supportive teamProfessional development and mentoring opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environment
