This role provides an exciting opportunity for an enterprising individual to take end-to-end responsibility for driving growth in the D2C "Signage & Displays" business vertical of Group Bayport, with an opportunity to profitably scale this vertical 2x in 2 years from ~USD 50mn.
Job Responsibility: Drive the Business Growth.
Conduct category research on the size of the opportunity and competitive analysis.
Oversee all aspects of e-commerce including technology, product, category, cataloguing, marketing, and supply chain.
Liaise with various stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
Manage the P&L, create the forecasted target, and annual operating plan for the year.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Hire and manage the team that will contribute towards business growth.
Design/refine SOPs and processes required at every level to support business growth.
Educational Qualification and Experience: Total 15+ years of experience with a demonstrable track record of driving growth in e-commerce companies.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in managing P&L, business development, strategic planning, and project management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Skills: The candidate needs to have a very good understanding of all aspects of e-commerce including technology, product, category, cataloguing, marketing, and supply chain.
Solid leadership skills, organizational skills, and communication skills - including multitasking and time management.
