You will acceptdelegated responsibilities as required by the Farm Manager and assist inoptimising the farm performance in accordance with OmapereRangihamama Trust (ORT) policy.In consultation with the Farm Manager the Head Shepherd is required tohelp plan and implement the feed management of all the stock classes.In addition, be involved in the cropping and re-grassing programme,farm development activities, feeding out of supplements, general farmrepairs and maintenance and from time to time you will be required toassist the team on other parts of the farm.
