Where making an impact matters.Reporting to the GM of Sustainable Performance, you will lead a high-performing team and act as an ambassador for Kiwibank's sustainable finance and financial wellbeing initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and building partnerships while overseeing the acquisition of key sustainable finance deals. At the heart of this role is Kiwibank's purpose of Kiwi making Kiwi be better off. You will drive the development of market-leading sustainability and financial wellbeing solutions, oversee the sustainability-linked loan process, and ensure accurate reporting, impact measurement, and an exceptional customer experience throughout.
