We are looking for a planning capability expert to lead and coach teams, collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain and ensure the delivery of an aligned supply plan to fulfil customer demand just in time.Reporting to the GM Replenishment, you will be accountable for setting the supply planning and procurement strategies to deliver our strategic roadmap, while identifying, leading and delivering initiatives across the broader value chain and merchandise strategies.Key responsibilities include:Lead, coach, develop and inspire the team to be at their best and leaders within their focus areasContinue to promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement with a customer first mindsetDefining and driving successful execution of the Fresh & Frozen Supply Planning strategy and supporting the implementation of wider Woolworths key strategic initiativesOversee the management of ordering processes, ensuring that accurate orders are produced in a timely manner, that the order processing at our suppliers follows set lead times and that stock delivered into our network in full, on time, and with the best shelf lifeUnderstanding and evaluating current processes end to end, with the ability to improve and executeMonitoring industry, global trends that may disrupt supply and developing mitigation strategies to ensure continued availabilityBuild key supplier partnerships, develop and lead initiatives that increase Supplier collaboration / performance to ensure stock security while creating joint valueFostering partnerships with all external and internal stakeholders to promote trust within the end to end replenishment process and increase awareness of the value replenishment team can unlockAbout You | MouYou are a strong communicator in every sense, able to influence and negotiate at all levels internally and externally to build partnerships across the Woolworths group and with our Supply Partners. You are highly creative and resourceful, and will bring to the role a drive for results.
