The right person for this role will have:5+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to upskill and inspire a team.In-depth understanding of digital advertising strategy and its impact on overall business goals.Ability to analyse and interpret data effectively, translating insights into actionable strategies.Proficiency with tools including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.Bonus if you also have experience in Meta Ads and TikTok.You will be proven in client relationships, experienced in leading complex client projects and relationships to successful results.
