We're on the lookout for a driven, strategic leader to take the reins as our Head of Sales for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Role Purpose: As the Head of Sales for the ANZ, you will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the region. You will play a key role in influencing the company's overall success by aligning sales operations with our global vision and ensuring the ANZ team delivers exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Strategy, Planning, and Reporting Own and hit sales and profit targets across ANZ. Work with the CEO and leadership team to develop and roll out sales strategies that help us grow. Regularly report on sales performance, budgets, and forecasts to keep everyone in the loop. Identify and manage any risks in the market while staying on top of compliance in Australia and New Zealand. Relationship Management Build and maintain great relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Grow our network within the industry, positioning us as a trusted leader. Lead and support the sales team in ANZ, helping them meet their targets and develop professionally. Support and lead the ANZ sales team to meet and exceed agreed targets, ensuring best practices are followed. Operational and Financial Management Oversee day-to-day sales operations in collaboration with other department heads (Operations, Finance, Marketing). Implement approved plans, policies, and sales programs to achieve business targets. Leadership Inspire and lead the sales team, creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Build and develop a high-performing sales team through effective coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Recruit top talent and ensure the team has everything they need to succeed. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strategic thinker with excellent planning and execution capabilities. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with global leadership.
