Grow with us.About YouSeasoned professional with senior-level experience in Risk and Compliance management, ideally within NZ financial services or legal sectors (FMA experience ideal).Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or risk management.Proven track record in creating and implementing risk registers, compliance frameworks, and cultures, ideally in agile environments.Strategic thinker with analytical skills and knowledge of regulatory standards.Strong communicator, tech-savvy, and adaptable to fast-paced settings.Not afraid to lay down the law with staff (compliance is a non-negotiable), and challenge leaders with diplomacy and confidence.About UsAt Opes Partners, we are driven by our vision to become New Zealand's most trusted and respected property investment company.
