Head of Product and Commercialisation is a new role that will lead the strategic direction and manage the full Life Cycle of Product Development, Concept and Commercialisation.
As such this role will be the key conduit across Breeding and Research, Sales and Business Development, Supply Chain and Logistics.
Reporting to the Managing Director your role will sit in the Executive team with the goal of delivering better vegetable seed varieties that will add real value to health and nutrition around the world.
A strong background in Product Development and Management which evidences success in taking product to market, preferably in the Horticultural /Agricultural sector is a pre-requisite for this role.
Given the roles pivotal nature, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to bring understanding to concept that in turn provides a clear picture and path for successful commercialisation of product based on a proven demand.
Success will be underpinned by a strategic mind and approach the understands the commercial imperative.
