You will guide the People Experience Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams to drive employee and organisational excellence by delivering HR services aligned with Farmlands' strategic goals and values.Key responsibilities include:Providing strategic HR leadership to the Farmlands Group Executive Team.Advising and coaching leaders and the senior people team on Farmlands' core people practices and ensuring delivery of pragmatic ER advice across the business.Developing and integrating the Farmlands employment brand and value proposition into all recruitment and HR activities.Engaging in performance development processes and leveraging systems to track progress and goals.Leading and supporting the team in delivering change initiatives positively and effectively.Championing safety and wellbeing, ensuring all related KPI, policy, and procedural benchmarks are achieved on time and in full.Mohou ake | About you:To succeed in this role, you will bring:Significant experience in an HR leadership role, ideally within a large, complex organisation.A solid understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and best practice in HR and ER.A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in presenting to executives, boards, and senior stakeholders.The ability to remain calm under pressure and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Mo nga painga | About the benefits:Immediate entitlement to sick leave.Paid birthday leave.Professional development and training opportunities.Staff discounts at Farmlands Retail Stores.Exclusive Farmlands shareholding offer, providing access to a wide range of discounts with Card Partners.Additional support for parents, including 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave for primary carers and 2 weeks of paid partner's leave.Te Tono | How to apply:If you're ready to shape a high-performing, adaptive culture at Farmlands, apply now!
