Based in our Support Office, located in sunny Orewa and reporting to our COO, this pivotal new position has been created as a result of our successful expansion. We are looking for a self-motivated and innovative thinker that can develop and implement People and Culture strategies and direction to support the business in achieving global and local goals.About the role:As the Head of People and Culture you will be responsible for designing, leading and delivering the people and capability strategy. This critical role will focus on building and sustaining a positive workplace culture that aligns with Busy Bees values, enabling the workforce to be the best it can be, supporting staff well-being and fostering professional growth. You will oversee the human resources and recruitment functions within Busy Bees and will collaborate with the wider Senior Leadership Team with a shared commitment to the priorities and positive people outcomes of Busy Bees. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing talent acquisition and leading diversity and equity across the organisation. This role is a national role with our teams geographically spread across the motu, as such there will be the requirement for a high degree of travel within NZ (and occasionally offshore).
