What you'll do: As Head of People and Capability, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of the NZ Rugby group.
Your excellent relationship management skills will enable you to partner with senior leaders (up to Board level), maximise people management capability and build employee engagement and culture.
Additionally, you will oversee the Office & Travel team, ensuring efficient and effective oversight of premises, office procurement and travel relationships.
Provide targeted support and advice on all People & Capability matters Deliver core People & Capability programmes and services Build people leadership capability across the NZR Group Lead projects to deliver strategic solution-focused initiatives Oversee the Office & Travel team for efficient oversight of premises and systems Represent the organisation in an exemplar fashion displaying outstanding leadership What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Head of People and Capability role brings a wealth of experience from generalist HR leadership roles.
Your sound knowledge of relevant employment law and practices will be crucial in providing expert advice on all People & Capability matters.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with all levels within the organisation, while your strong relationship management skills will help you establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
