Full timeThis senior leadership role has a focus on driving and improving operational strategies and outcomes across business process, governance, operational risk, and compliance, within the NZ arm of a global financial services business.As part of the NZ SLT, this has a hands-on mandate to influence the operations team to produce high-quality outcomes. If you have a passion for business operations and an appetite to add value inside an evolving organisation's lead team - this is the perfect place to be!You'll be the "go-to person" across operational process and strategy and comfortable operating in a multi-layered ecosystem, with strong presentation skills, and the ability to listen to and manage different audiences.
