Leading the team, the Head of Membership & Loyalty is tasked with crafting, leading and implementing strategies and initiatives to engage and expand our extensive Member base. We're on the mission to be New Zealand's most loved and connected brand and we already have over 1.1 million AA Personal Members.
This role is key to supporting across our strategic priorities, particularly our first pillar around Member Engagement and Loyalty. This strategic priority signifies our shift towards a truly Member-centric approach, focusing on exceeding the expectations and needs of our diverse Member base through a more tailored and connected experience. Our aspiration is to transform loyalty, relevancy and engagement with our Members and to deliver greater lifetime value for our Members and the Association. To deliver this for our diverse Member base, current and future, we will gain a deeper understanding of their needs and meet them through delivery of more relevant, flexible, and connected touchpoints.
