Reporting to the Regional Retail Manager, your key focus will be: Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to sales success. Collaborating with the team and be a "hands on" leader to help them achieve results. Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs. You'll concentrate on managing budgets, P&L, and financials, taking responsibility for achieving personal and team-based result and seeking continuous improvement. Sound knowledge of the dairy sector and rural products and services in general. Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers. Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology.
