Ko wai matou | Who are we Reporting to our Group CEO and based in Auckland, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of International Recruitment / Group Sales Manager to lead our international student recruitment team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the international education recruitment space, particularly in managing large teams.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for education.
Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed recruitment targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the international student recruitment industry.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Identify and implement innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance recruitment efforts and improve efficiency.
Minimum Requirements Proven track record in a Sales Leadership role for at least 5 years, preferably from the International Education sector.
Relevant tertiary qualification – minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or similar.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset to interpret data.
Willingness to travel internationally – must have a valid passport and visa to travel globally.
