We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Risk Insurance Distribution team, reporting directly into the GM, Wealth, Insurance and Third Party Distribution. This is a senior role, leading a team of 90+ talented individuals focused on ensuring that we reach and protect more of our ASB customers.
As the Head of Insurance Distribution, you will develop, lead and execute on the risk insurance strategy across ASB, ensuring the continued success of protecting our valued customers. You will lead a team of qualified insurance advisers across the country, manage the servicing of our existing customers and work super closely with our risk insurance partners, including AIA. You will be a passionate about helping our customers live healthier, longer and better lives.
To be successful in this role you will need to have extensive knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of the risk insurance industry and advice processes, as well as outstanding leadership skills and experience across a large salesforce. You will draw on your proven track record of strategy development and execution to deliver exceptional business outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills are a must for this role.
