Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Lam Research in Tauranga, NZ. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are fully satisfied with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs- Communicate regularly with clients to address any issues or concerns and ensure their satisfaction- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base- Prepare reports and presentations on client feedback, sales projections, and market trends- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Lam Research remains competitive in the market- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Confident and resourceful with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly- Persuasion skills to influence clients and internal teams- Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
