Auckland Transport (AT) is leading the development of transport infrastructure and solutions that enable healthy and accessible communities.

As a key member of the People & Performance (P&P) Senior Leadership Team, the role contributes to the development of the People and Performance Strategy, working collaboratively with the Director P&P and other key stakeholders across AT and P&P to create an environment where our people and teams are empowered to make AT a great place to work and serve Auckland.
Reporting to the Director of People & Performance (P&P), the Head of Business Partnering will lead the deployment of the people strategy through their leadership of the Business Partnering Team.
This includes Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Operations & Coordination; our core operational teams providing strategic and day-to-day operational guidance and support to all areas of the organisation.
As a seasoned professional, you will bring significant experience in leading a multidisciplinary People & Performance function within large scale and complex organisations.
You will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and build effective and high-performing teams, leading by influence through expertise, passion, care, and shared values.
Politically savvy and strategic in your approach, you will be a customer-centric problem solver and influencer that can garner the commitment of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation within a changing and evolving environment.
