This pivotal role manages our brand, sales, and e-commerce teams and is geared towards substantially scaling our company's e-commerce operations and driving overall revenue growth. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers full P&L accountability, leading our established "Growth Team" into a transformative era.Location:Embracing flexibility to support our dynamic international team, we are open to remote candidates as well as those willing to relocate to the Bay of Plenty. (Relocation package available to the right candidate)Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and refine a comprehensive growth strategy that emphasizes rapid scaling of our e-commerce presence alongside traditional channels.Set ambitious growth targets, using a structured OKR framework to synchronize team efforts with company-wide objectives.Oversee and enhance systems and processes to effectively manage the revenue budget, focusing on maximizing efficiency and profitability.Regularly review performance metrics to ensure growth strategies deliver the expected ROI and make adjustments as needed.Customers & Partners:Develop and implement a growth strategy that secures our position as a premium brand across both online and offline channels.Drive innovative growth campaigns specifically designed to increase revenue and attract premium customers.Drive strategies to optimize customer journeys to increase e-commerce conversion rates, retention, and enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).Data Analysis & Insights:Utilize advanced analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions that optimize multi-channel strategies and operations.Provide the growth team with scalable technological solutions for real-time performance tracking and effective decision-making support.Lead investment in technology to improve and enhance operations for the growth team.What We're Looking For:Experience: 8-15 years in e-commerce, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of scaling operations.Leadership: Extensive experience managing large teams and influencing cross-functional strategies.Expertise: Deep knowledge in e-commerce within similar industries, with a hands-on approach to strategic development and problem-solving.Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication abilities, adept at setting and achieving strategic objectives through OKRs and KPIs.Attention to detail: Someone who reads the whole advert and caught that we want you to mention the word apple in your cover letter.What We're Offering:Highly competitive compensation with incentive structure.Possibility of developing an office in another micro location (we have staff based in Auckland & UK) or a possibility or relocating to sunny Bay of Plenty (with a relocation package available to the right candidate)Travel package internationally and locally to ensure connection with our partners and team.Work Ride Scheme: Unlocking a cost offset of between 32-63% off new bikes, e-bikes and scooters for employees.Monthly team rides in the redwoods and an annual adventure xmas party that will make you wish you worked here 5 years ago.This is more than just a job.
