In this newly created role reporting to the GM Rural, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of the Food and Fibre strategy across ASB.
Key Responsibilities: Design and execute the Food and Fibre strategy
Provide excellent customer outcomes across Food and Fibre sector
Demonstrate and manage financial and non-financial risk
Contribute to ASB objectives through strategic and thought leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Grow ASB's reputation in the market
This role will require regular travel around Aotearoa and can be based in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch.
Passionate about accelerating progress for Aotearoa businesses, you will have excellent existing networks across the Food and Fibre industry and experience influencing stakeholders both internally and externally. Strong financial acumen and experience leading targeted strategies are key in this position as you drive diversification in customer portfolios nationwide.
Minimum Requirements: Positive people leadership experience of a large team
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
An understanding of sustainable growth through integrated strategy
Dedication to advancing social, environmental and financial progress
Excellent stakeholder management experience at a senior level
Ability to work as part of a geographically diverse leadership team
