In this role you will also support the Deputy Chief Executive – Finance & Business Insights (DCE – FBI) with driving a forward-thinking financial transformation programme that applies principles of lean, business excellence, and process re-engineering across the portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support Accounts Receivable & Payable teams to deliver best practice financial operations.Drive transformation initiatives across the F&BI portfolio, enhancing processes and systems using lean and business excellence methodologies.Provide excellence in change leadership to lead and support the focus on financial transformation, process simplification, standardisation and lean principles to implement desired change.Cultivate a culture of education and continuous improvement, enhancing clarity and accuracy in all communications.Foster cross-functional collaboration.Ko wai koe - About you:Are you looking for an opportunity to bring transformational change and make an impact within a truly purposeful organisation?
