The role:
Will see you report to the CEO who has achieved significant change & success in the past few years since joining the business. They are now in need of a '2IC' in the form of a Head of Finance.

You will naturally be responsible for the finance function in its entirety however your role will extend to project management & developing overall business strategy in conjunction with the CEO. It is an intimate yet mighty finance team of 3x however given the structure of our clients business stakeholder management is critical to the success of this role & function.

Your profile: CA/ CPA qualified is preferredPrevious experience in a Finance Manager / Head of Finance roleUnderstanding & lived experience working in the finance function within a retail businessProven people management skills & experienceExceptional communication skillsExperience implementing new ERP systems is advantageous What you will be rewarded with: Base salary starting at $195k + benefitsPenrose location + free onsite parkingGreat work environmentIncredibly experienced CEO who has an immensely successful retail background
