DataTorque seeks an experienced Head of Finance to oversee and lead our financial management, project reporting, and strategic financial planning. Reporting directly to the CFO & VP of Shared Services, this newly created role will play a critical part in shaping the future of DataTorque's Finance Team as we continue to grow and scale our business.
As the Head of Finance, you will lead a high-performing finance team, driving the implementation of financial strategies and managing the overall financial performance of the business. You will be a key member of the DataTorque Leadership Team, working closely with senior executives to provide insightful analysis, accurate reporting, and sound business advice. A key aspect of the role will be leading project reporting for our large ERP implementations and improving planning, accounting, and reporting systems across the board.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven experience working collaboratively across business units and functions. Your ability to communicate effectively, combined with your strong business acumen, will be vital in ensuring you provide valuable financial insights to help guide our organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the Finance Team to manage financial performance and drive strategy implementation
Monthly and year-end reporting, including overseeing large-scale project reporting for ERP implementations
Improving financial planning, accounting, and reporting systems to support growth
Providing reliable, business-savvy analysis and guidance to the Executive and Leadership Teams
Collaborating across corporate functions, providing support and valued insights to a broad range of disciplines
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who is not only adept at managing the details but also skilled in understanding the bigger picture to support DataTorque's strategic objectives.
