With a core objective of ensuring New Zealand's continued impact within this sector, the company is poised for significant expansion and influence.They are seeking a highly experienced Head of Engagement to be able to hit the ground running, use your leadership skills and play a pivotal role in retaining and growing current clients and driving marketing initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRelationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within their member organisations.Revenue Growth: Drive organic revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing member portfolios.Brand Management: Own and evolve the brand, overseeing all communication channels and ensuring consistent messaging.Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the global value chain and identify emerging trends.Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute effective business development and marketing strategies.Team Leadership: A strong leader who is able to mentor and develop the team to achieve the organisational goals.YOUR PROFILERelevant tertiary educationProven Experience: You will have a minimum 10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably from the services or technology sector.Strong Leadership: You will come with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Strategic Thinking: You will have exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.Relationship Building: You will have naturally strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Marketing Expertise: You will have a deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including brand management, communications to help maximise revenue opportunities for the organisation.For more information, please contact Simon Rooney on 021 858 919 or Amelia Nelson on 021 0585 044 for a private and confidential conversation or click APPLY now!
