We really are a company that wants to make a positive difference.Reporting to the GM of Digital, this role plays a critical part in shaping Watercare's data vision & strategy, driving data-driven decision-making, data insights (including AI), and information management. You will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and ensure that our infrastructure assets are leveraged effectively via data insights to achieve business goals.You will be responsible for leading and managing a data team that provides insights, solutions, and recommendations to various business units and stakeholders. You will oversee the strategy, design, development, and implementation of data platforms, pipelines, dashboards, and reports that enable data-driven decision-making and enhance business performance.You will also foster a culture of data literacy, innovation, and collaboration across the organisation.To be successful in this role, you will have held roles in senior data analytics or senior data science.
