As the Head of Customer responsible for our Foodstuffs South Island partnership, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and nurturing a Customer Centric relationship with Foodstuffs South Island. Creating and implementing the annual plan in collaboration with your team, based on business priorities. Monitoring and reporting on results, ensuring alignment with the set priorities. Providing 360 feedback to relevant commercial team members, including Marketing and Category Development, to celebrate successes and make necessary modifications to market activities. Engaging with other Heads of Customers and the National Field Manager to learn and implement best-in-class activities that differentiate our Customer. Being accountable for the profit and loss (P&L) of the partnership. At Nestlé, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on millions of lives every day. What will make you successful… Armed with at least 5 years experience in sales within FMCG Grocery, you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. You will be adept at leading the Customer/Channel/Regional Field Sales function and have the ability to motivate people. You'll also be tech savvy; proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint and have outstanding presentation skills. Organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key. Full New Zealand working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
