Your Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven person to join the business as our Head of Customer – Channel Acceleration. In this role, you will be required to: Further develop a Customer Centric relationship Create and execute with your team the annual plan based on business priorities Monitor and report results against the priorities Provide 360 feedback to applicable commercial team members, including Marketing and Category Development to ensure market activities are celebrated or modified as required Engage with fellow Heads of Customers and National Field Manager on best in class activities to differentiate your Customer Be accountable to your P&L Lead, develop and manage a team of 3 direct reports. What Will Make You Successful… The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in sales within FMCG Grocery, with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. You will be adept at leading the Customer/Channel/Regional Field Sales function and have the ability to motivate people. You'll also be tech savvy; proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint and have outstanding presentation skills. Organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities is key.
