Management (Information & Communication Technology) Full time New Plymouth, Wellington and Auckland are the preferred locations. About the role The purpose of the role is to oversee the end-to-end management, enhancement, and delivery of TSB's core banking platforms. This role covers all IT engineering services related to payments, core banking systems, customer relationship management (CRM), data management, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and online origination platforms. Who are you? You will have demonstrated experience in managing core banking platforms, data platforms and systems, CRM, and cloud infrastructure, as well as experience with Agile methodologies and program management. The ability to influence and collaborate, translate technical details into business language for senior key stakeholders is important, as is your sound commercial and financial acumen, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be a leader and mentor that ensures you develop the engineering team to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. You will have excellent relationship management skills for internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you can also expect to: Develop and maintain the overall enterprise architecture vision and roadmap. Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. Partner with executive leadership, including Board, and business unit heads, to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives. We are looking for candidates who have: 8+ years of experience managing IT engineering services in a banking or financial services environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience in managing core banking platforms, data platforms and systems, CRM, and cloud infrastructure.
