Position A newly created (Dunedin based) position joining the senior leadership team, the opportunity is to integrate risk programmes, driving a culture shift for an elevated, strategic approach to customer-focused quality and regulatory compliance. This will include establishing a quality and compliance framework aligning with the evolving parameters of key customers, strengthening commercial advantage and supporting the transition from an agriculture business to an integrated, national food production company.
Person Your experience in the food sector means you are well-versed in regulatory and compliance requirements for New Zealand and export markets. You are a leader who is curious to ask questions, building capability and implementing positive change by influencing across the business and partnering externally. You're also comfortable working at 'grass roots' and within cross functional teams to continually improve operational performance. Integral is your commercial perspective and insight to where customers place value through each aspect of their supply chains, including quality, safety, environment, sustainability and social responsibility.
