Head of Commercial , Christchurch, £65,000
In this newly appointed position as Head of Commercial, you'll work extremely closely with the Managing Director taking full responsibility for developing and implementing commercial strategies which will drive sales and revenue growth.
You will ensure that all bids and tenders are commercially viable in terms of margin, costings, and delivery schedules. With proven success, this role offers the opportunity for progression upwards.

As Head of Commercial you will have ownership of:
Developing and implementing commercial strategies to underpin sales and revenue growth
Developing and implementing pricing strategies that will allow maximisation of profit, whilst at the same time offering competitive pricing in the current market
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Close collaboration with technical, production, and senior leadership teams to ensure customer requirements are fully met
Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of commercial performance
Key Requirements as Head of Commercial:
Currently working in a senior commercial role within an engineering or manufacturing business
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Financial and analytical acumen, with experience in forecasting and performance analysis
Strong leadership and team management skills
A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to quality and service excellence.
