We are committed to connecting New Zealanders through our spirit of cricket!About the Role | ResponsibilitiesWe have an opportunity for an engaging Commercial and Broadcast specialist to lead the Development of Commercial & Broadcast Partnerships here at NZC.A vital position within the commercial team, the Head of Commercial Development and Broadcast will build excellent relationships with international and domestic partners to deliver NZC's commercial and broadcast requirements including developing revenue and broadcast opportunities. The role includes:Working closely with the wider Commercial team on the development and implementation of NZC's Commercial Strategy.Develop and maximise the value of new commercial property and assets to diversify revenue generation.Drive sponsorship partnerships and lead the negotiation of terms for existing contracts.Identify and engage potential new partners across domestic and international markets.Develop strategies with Commercial Partners for revenue growth opportunities.Key contact for managing the relationships with designated partners including throughout the sub-continent.Oversee and manage commercial delivery of all broadcast on-ground commercial rights.Manage relationship with key broadcast partners and oversee the integration with NZC and all third parties for broadcast and commercial activity.Leading the delivery of the domestic and world feeds to international and domestic broadcast partners.Driving commercial integrations in-broadcast to maximise revenue opportunities using the latest technology.About You | Who we are looking forProven sales experience within commercial sales, sponsorship, media, and broadcast at a senior level.Demonstrated track record of successful business development in a sports, media, or broadcast environment.Proven capability to foster long-term partnerships ideally in a sporting, media, or broadcast environment.Strong relationship-building ability with domestic and international partners and stakeholders.Strong understanding of delivering commercial partner rights and benefits.Leadership skills to manage stakeholders at a senior level.Ability to analyse data and insights to find trends, develop stories, opportunities, and issues.Commercially savvy with a proven ability to negotiate to secure positive outcomes.Understands the technical delivery of live Broadcast.Sophisticated knowledge in relation to emerging digital and broadcasting trends and adaptability to take advantage of changes.Working for NZC | Our BenefitsNew Zealand Cricket offers a fun and flexible working environment as well as the opportunity to develop and grow your skills.
