The focus on the role will be to ensure that there is a consistent, high-quality customer experience that is delivered by the advisers. You'll be responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent in the market and ensuring that retention rates of existing clients remain high.Key Responsibilities:Building a centre of excellence to attract, develop, and retain key talent.Inspire, lead, and develop existing team members to reach their full potential.Drive a culture of exceptional client experience and high performance across the business.Ensures personal development plans are developed and embedded across the team.Use data and insights to identify opportunities to strengthen the client proposition and customer experience.Take a targeted and proactive approach to adding value at every stage of the client lifecycle.Qualifications & Experience:Experience in leadership positions within the Financial Services industry.Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.A solid understanding of marketing and what's required to build a strong value proposition for clients.An understanding of the advice-giving process.This is a newly created role in central Auckland.
