Working closely with stakeholders, you'll craft change strategies that align with their mission and enhance their digital capabilities, from backend infrastructure to customer-facing interfaces.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Drive Transformation Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of a digital change roadmap that aligns with business goals and IT strategy.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and priorities.Change Leadership: Champion a culture of agility and innovation by communicating the benefits and impact of digital change across the organization.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process changes that increase efficiency, foster best practices, and enhance user experience across digital platforms.Digital Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT and digital transformation to anticipate and respond to the organization's evolving needs.ABOUT YOU:Proven experience in a senior change management role within IT and the digital space.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.Strong technical understanding of digital platforms, IT systems, and agile methodologies.Certification in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) is highly desirable.Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully implementing large-scale change initiatives in a complex organization.Problem-solving mindset with an innovative approach to overcoming challenges and driving positive change.Ready to make a change?
